RATIONALE
“Network Failed”. When this notification pops up on our laptops, cellphones and other gadgets, we end up worrying about delays on work; stressing over tons of assignments to research; connecting to our loved ones; watching series of clips and videos; as we patiently wait for the LOADING button to finally carry on.

Even in school, most of the works to be done are ONLINE and students learn through Asynchronous or Synchronous learning. That is why teachers must be well-equipped in using computers and technologies to cope up with the demand of the Generation Z learners.

With this notion to ponder, the ICT group of La Huerta Elementary School put forward in presenting: PROJECT ELITE (Elevate Learning through Interactive Teaching Empowerment). This program pays attention to the development of school’s networking capacity to digitize classroom needs and to heighten connection between teachers and learners.
